She is a contact, not an app
She sits in your chat list like anyone else. Open the chat, say the thing, close it. There is nothing to install and no account to make: your Telegram is your account.
You talk to her the way you already talk
Type it, send a voice note, forward a message, or send a photo. There are no commands to learn and no menus to find. Plain words in English, Russian, and Spanish are enough.
What she does comes back as messages
A reminder arrives as an ordinary Telegram message at the time you asked. An answer comes back in the same chat. Your lists, journal and settings live in a small app inside Telegram, one tap away.
Everywhere Telegram is
Phone, laptop, or the web. The chat is the same one, and she remembers the same things on all of them.

Why would I need one?

Because the things you mean to do live in five places: a notes app, a calendar, a chat you will scroll back through, a sticky note, and your head. Most of them get lost between having the thought and writing it down. She is one chat that is already on your phone, and what she removes is that distance.

Depends on how your Masha is set up: making images from a description, Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and Notion, your own calendar by ICS link, earning free credits by inviting friends. These are built, and whether they answer depends on how the people running your Masha have set her up. If one is missing from your chat, it is not switched on for you.

She does not ask for your mail, your calendar or your contacts to get started. Nothing is connected unless you go and connect it yourself.

Before you start.

Straight answers about what Masha touches, what she remembers, and where the limits are.

No. You write to Masha the way you write to a person: “remind me to call the bank tomorrow at ten”, “what did I say about the travel insurance?”, or a voice note. She works out what you meant. If she gets it wrong, say so in the next message and she corrects it.
Three ways. She remembers: what you told her in March is there in September, with the day you said it. She acts: a reminder you asked for arrives on its own, as a message, at the time you said. And she lives in your Telegram, so there is no separate app to open or account to keep.
Yes. Masha lives in a Telegram chat, so she works wherever Telegram does: phone, laptop, or the web. Don’t have it yet? Telegram is a free messenger: install it, sign in with your phone number, then open Masha’s link and tap Start. There’s nothing else to install.

Yes. Daily limits keep answers fast for everyone. They reset on their own, and your remaining balance is always visible in the app.
Only if you connect them yourself, and you can disconnect them the same way. Masha works fully without any of them.
When an answer is not already hers, Masha searches the web and answers with the pages she read linked underneath, so you can check them.
Yes. Delete a memory one at a time in the app, or clear what she remembers about you with /forget.
Your Telegram account is your Masha account: there is no separate login, and everything she remembers is attached to it. Lost your phone? Sign in to Telegram on any device with the same number and she is there. Protect it once: turn on Two-Step Verification with a recovery email, and check the self-destruct period under Privacy and Security — Telegram deletes an account that stays offline that long, and a deleted account cannot be restored. A new account starts with her from zero.
